10 years of Aberg Express
We have been offering same-day delivery and premium delivery logistics services (Taylor made) for 10 years now. Our home market is Scandinavia but we operate all over the world.
Not many know though that in the very beginning, 10 years ago, the plan was to launch a courier service. That was the business interest at the time. Due to some changes on the market, the management of Aberg Express had to adjust to the new conditions and decided to move to the niche of same-day delivery and premium logistics instead. Today we know that our decision was in fact the way to go. Our customers are mainly printing industry, machinery, energetics and electronics manufacturing companies. Organizations that have a need for speed, “out-of-the-ordinary” deliverable goods (premium services) and interest for exceptional, non-time-dependent customer service. Our customers are also companies that require expert assistance for toll documentation or getting things into countries that have specific regulations etc.
We have been growing and changing with the industry during our journey. Today we are looking for ways to digitalize and optimize, to support our customers journeys in achieving better results in cooperation with us. We integrate more and more of IT into our operations. The first step we took was in 2013 with the introduction of CRM. We use XSPED, an Estonian software that is very flexible and multifunctional, allowing us to manage our customer data and our business results. Today we are working on “Abe” – our very own fully automatic logistics tool. Stay tuned for more info on that.
