Customer centricity is what we aim for in our work at all times. Our service has so far included the transport business stample of answering queries and solving issues outside of working hours when needed. Our customers have requested for even more flexibility and transparency and so from now on we are fully operational 24/7/365.

We did this so we could offer our customers:

  • Constant shipment monitoring to address issues and take advantage of the opportunities
  • 24/7 updates on delivery process
  • Service that is independant of the time-zones

Starting February we are working in multiple shifts with a few new fully trained staff members. To succeed with this new way of doing business, we have also further developed our patner network and made new agreements with our service providers. We are now officially available for business without limitations of the time-zones or the hour of the day.

The push to start with 24/7 services came from our Scandinavian customers. The target market is very competitive and expecting around-the-clock service. Several of the customers are manufacturers to whom the availability of materials and spare parts is of crucial importance.

The premium logistics setup that we provide is taylored to the customer expectation and the type of goods that need transportation. Our solutions are delivered as charter van, truck, flight and on-board-courier service.
