Aberg Express has a new CEO
Aberg Express has a new CEO Madis Lehiste from 20.02.24. The current manager of the company, Kaspar Soidla, handed over the baton to Madis.
New CEO
Madis Lehiste has worked in the field of logistics in various companies for about 14 years. His employers have been Hansabuss, JAS Worldwide Estonia (formerly Greencarrier Freight Services Estonia) and Morbela. Madis started at Aberg Express as sales and development manager in January 2022.
Madis is a team player with a positive attitude towards life who likes to get things done. He is analytical, rational and results-oriented. Madis’ personal values match those of Aberg Express, which are: honesty, development, accuracy and speed, and simplicity for the customer.
The old CEO
Kaspar Soidla worked as CEO of Aberg Express for almost 14 years. During this time, the company grew into a recognized provider of time-critical solutions and special transports in the Estonian and Finnish markets. Under Kaspar’s leadership, the portfolio of services was expanded in 2020 – global air, sea and rail transport services were offered with an express transport mindset.
Kaspar continues as sales and marketing director of Aberg Express.
The future of the company
For almost 16 years, Aberg Express has been committed to providing a high-quality transport service. Our DNA is speed, accuracy, proactive and personal customer service and very high delivery reliability.
The handing over of the CEO’s baton was a long-planned step. Under the leadership of Madis, it is planned to take the company to the next level of development. The plan is to further develop the value proposition of Aberg Express, to automate work processes, so that growth can continue without the quality of services for customers suffering.
