After Christmas, many of us take time for reflection to analyse the past and think about the future. This is also what we do at Aberg Express.
We at Aberg Express have always considered values, including soft values, important. We often ask ourselves why and how we do something and why and to whom we provide services. We wish to create value in a broader sense than transport. This year we managed to bring together two clients, who became an even better one after the merger. Sometimes, all you need during a difficult time is a good word and some encouragement.
The values of a company always reflect in the quality of its services. Organisational culture affects the employees and shapes their attitude towards clients. Our values are simplicity, caring, development and responsibility. We wish to make clients’ lives easier and offer them peace of mind. This requires caring and paying attention to detail. We believe that development is the core feature for business and that maturity and courage of owning up to one’s mistakes make it easier to take responsibility.
